We transformed this client’s dark, outdated primary bathroom into a bright, spa-like retreat that truly reflects their lifestyle. By removing the carpeted floor, outdated fixtures, and worn tile, we introduced natural elements and soothing colors for a calming atmosphere. Opening up the enclosed shower wall and adding a sleek sliding glass door further enhanced the space’s openness and modern feel, turning it into a serene sanctuary.

Whole House Upgrades:
We were honored to give this Victorian home some new life.
Our client envisioned a home filled with earth tones and natural elements, blending classic charm with modern style. We brought this vision to life with handcrafted custom bathroom vanities, warm Saltillo Terra Cotta kitchen tiles, and Marrakech-inspired bathroom floors that create an inviting atmosphere. Durable natural stone counters in the kitchen and baths add timeless beauty, while custom crown molding on the first floor honors the home's original grandeur.
To complete the cohesive look, we painted ceilings, walls, and crown molding the same calming Sherwin Williams Sage and Natural Linen colors throughout, giving each room a seamless, intentional feel. The result is a thoughtful renovation that respects the home's history while infusing it with fresh elegance for the next generation.

Primary Suite Renovation:
We transformed a tired Tuscan retreat into a modern-classic sanctuary that the clients will cherish forever. This project was a true creative partnership, perfectly aligned with the clients' vision from the start. The bathroom features luxurious Calacatta Venecia tile flowing from the floor into a spacious, two-person shower with separate nooks and individual shower heads behind a sleek frameless glass enclosure. A freestanding soaking tub is accented by soft, sophisticated Benjamin Moore grays, while refreshed cabinetry in Imperial Gray and Calacatta Splendor Quartz countertops brighten the space.
The serene vibe continues into the bedroom, with a beautiful tray ceiling painted in complementary grays for added style. The custom Easy Closets built-ins and updated lighting in the closet provide ample, elegant storage, making this retreat both functional and inviting. This renovation reflects careful attention to detail and a shared passion for design with the homeowners.
Kitchen Renovation:
This project was all about honoring the 150-year-old home's character while creating a warm, functional kitchen that feels naturally integrated. We completely gutted the space to the studs for a full rebuild—upgrading insulation for cozy winters and ensuring everything met code. The kitchen now features a new stove and fridge, a statement hood range, and a custom "chef’s corner" with spice pullouts and highly organized storage solutions that blend style with efficiency.
Design highlights include Benjamin Moore Ice Formations walls paired with Grant Beige cabinets, an island stained to match the original 1800s wood trim, and handcrafted ribbed details on the hood and island from expert Amish cabinet makers. We opened up the space by removing a wall near the staircase, adding fresh stairs and spindles for better flow. Leathered Negresco granite counters with subtle sparkle complement the warm hardwood floors extended from the dining room, accented by gold hardware, bamboo shades, café curtains, and Persian rugs—tying the whole cozy, lived-in look together. Every detail was handled meticulously by the Key Source Home team to create a timeless kitchen full of charm and function.
